By Air: - Qantas operates direct flights to Darwin from Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Alice Springs and Perth. - Jetstar operates direct flights to Darwin from Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. By Rail: The famous Ghan, one of the world's great railway journeys, operates between Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin twice weekly. Airport Shuttle Bus: (fees apply) Book your trip to the airport the day before departure. Family tickets are available. (Prices subject to change). Taxi: It is about a ten to twenty minute drive to the city centre from the airport and a fifteen to seventeen minute drive to Coconut Grove. Car Hire: Available at the Darwin airport.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
