Guests at the Sheraton Dallas can enjoy comfortable surroundings and delicious meals at Alejandra's Restaurant, located on-site. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Guests can also enjoy a variety of beverages and cocktails at The Bar, also located on-site. Open daily from 2:00 PM until 12:00 AM.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
