Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  BRL 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs BRL 16.10 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
