Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 10:00. The restaurant reopens its doors serving international specialties for lunch from 12:00 until 14:45, and for dinner from 19:00 until 22:45. You are also welcome to round off the day with a drink in the bar between 19:00 and 22:00, or to request room service anytime.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
