Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 12.60 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  BRL 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs BRL 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
