Our convention centre offers 10 large meeting rooms which can accommodate a total of 980 persons. Technical equipment and individual catering can be organised for your event.

Food & Beverages

Our restaurant specialises in Portuguese cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lobby bar is also available and is the perfect spot for relaxing ‘happy hour’ drinks.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 24.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  BRL 4.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
