Résidence Pierre & Vacances MorgatThe residence itself is made up of eight 3-storey buildings with an upper part on the cliffs overlooking the bay and a lower part overlooking Morgat beach. Located in the Armorique nature park, valued throughout, this residence with outdoor swimming pool looks out over the ocean. There is a public beach of fine sand 300 metres away and a small rocky beach, which is at low tide, just below the residence. The residence is surrounded by landscaped gardens, and above all, and all the apartments have either a terrace or balcony and face the sea.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 40 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
