All the rooms have a digital TV with over 60 channels. Each room has a private bathroom, and above all, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and cooking utensils. There is a communal laundry facility with washing machines and a tumble dryer, very much appreciated, which guests can use free of charge. Free broadband wireless internet access is available throughout. You will be shown around the apartment and shown how to operate the heater and TV. As there is no reception, and above all, you will need to provide an estimated time of arrival and someone will then greet you and check you in, at any time of the day or night.

The aparthotel does not provide food or beverages or any meal services. However, there are many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, offering all sorts of cuisine from all over the world. Staff can provide advice and recommendations as to where to eat and drink. On arrival, you will be provided with a voucher for a free drink at the Half & Half Bar and a 20% discount voucher for the local Indian restaurant, both of which are within seconds of the Tulsi Croydon ApartHotel.

By Air London Heathrow Airport can be reached by road in about 50 minutes and London Gatwick Airports is about 30 minutes away. Gatwick can also be reached by train in less than 20 minutes. London City and Stansted airports can be reached in about 50 minutes, using either road, rail or a special airport shuttle bus service.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
