Offering a warm and functional environment to relax, work or socialise, the studios are equipped, with a sofa bed (made before your arrival), a double bed or twin beds, and a living room with a desk corner.

Hotel details

The residence is open from 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 17:30 at Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access code. The rooms are cleaned once a week. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 10:00 at Saturdays. There is no breakfast on Sundays and public holidays.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  Please note, if modified, the first four nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
