The Park Royal Cozumel is an all-inclusive resort and offers guests unlimited domestic and international beverages, all meals, non-motorized water sports, and on-site entertainment activities and demonstrations.

Food & Beverages

There are a variety of dining options available on-site, including elegant restaurants and snack shops. Guests can enjoy an international menu at La Veranda, traditional Italian food at El Italiano and Caribbean cuisine at El Caribeno. The Bikini Snack and Bar and the Blue Marlin feature hot dogs, hamburgers and many other quick meals.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
