The hotel is closed between 13:00 and 18:00 on Sundays and public holidays. The reception reopens for check-in at 18:00. No check-in service is available until after 18:00 on Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
