Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  60 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged EUR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 115.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 135.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
