Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 40 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 150 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
