Hotel details

Baby kit is obligatory and non refundable for any child between 0 to 2 years old. It includes a baby cot, a baby bath, a changing mat, a baby stroller, a bottle warmer, baby meals except sterilized milk and mineral water, a potty chair and a bath thermometer.

Food & Beverages

The New Year's Eve dinner is included in the roomrate and is obligatory.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
