Kid's Club: From 20 December 2009 to 03 January 2010 and from 07 February to 07 March 2010 the residence welcomes skilled animators and offers activities free for children 4 to 10 years of age Monday morning to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00. From 03 January to 31 January 2010 and from 07 March to 28 March 2010 the kid’s club is available for children 3 months to 5 years old in the morning and afternoon. Officials of the club take the children to their ski lessons in the morning and the afternoon. A service of childcare is also available on request at additional cost.

Food & Beverages

The Eterlou restaurant opens its doors to you for pleasant and relaxing moments in a friendly atmosphere with a panoramic view on the slopes. Breakfast and lunch are served in a buffet; dinner is served at your table. For lunch, the terrace is available on sunny days; if you wish to take a picnic on the slopes, the restaurant can prepare this for you. During French school holidays, from Monday to Saturday, our qualified staff will be happy to take care of your children between 4 and 10 years old while you have your lunch and dinner meals. Bar: you will discover the local drinks, have a tea or a cocktail in a warm atmosphere of this piano bar by the fireplace.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
