Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 160.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
