Offering a warm and functional environment to relax, work or socialise, the studios are equipped, with a sofa bed (made before your arrival), a double bed or twin beds, and a living room with a desk corner. The accommodation will be cleaned once a week.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
