Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.68 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
