Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: The hotel's service charge includes maid service gratuities, access to the fitness center, daily newspapers and high-speed internet access. Bellman gratuities and town car service are also included.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 20.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
