Please note that check-in and payment is located at the Chai-Yo Asian Market in Godthåbsvej 5 in Frederiksberg. Staff is available there between 10:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. For check-in and departure at other times guests are asked to contact the hotel in advance. Please use the contact information provided in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
