Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required and lead passenger must be 21 or older to check-in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 5.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
