Reception Hours: Monday through Friday : 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 Sunday and public holidays: Closed Check-In Monday through Friday apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 19:00. Saturday apartments are available from 16:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these times, please contact the hotel, at least 24 hours in advance, to obtain the access codes. Check-out Apartments must be free by 10:30 on the day of your departure.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
