Please contact the hotel if you need to check-in later than 21:00. In the case of any problem, you can insert the credit card you used to make the booking in the machine at the entrance of the hotel to gain access.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
