Check-In Information: The keys to your holiday home can be picked up at the holiday village between 16:00 and 18:00. If you are due to arrive outside of these times, please contact the supervisor for alternative arrangements. You can contact the supervisor directly, by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Damage Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival and is refunded at the end of your stay, providing no damages occur. Additional Costs: Heating and electricity is provided at an additional and this cost must be paid on departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 125.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28-42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14-28 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 125 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
