Travel information

When you arrive in Ciutadella, head to the centre of the city on Camí de Maó until you are at Alfons III square with Es Moli d’es Compte to your right. Turn left onto Jaume I the Conqueror avenue and then right onto Alaior. The Hostal Ciutadella is on the corner between San Eloi and Alaior.

Area information

Taking a walk around the city you can visit: - Its picturesque port. - The Cathedral of Menorca built in 1362 with a clear Gothic Catalan influences. - Ses Voltes street formed by ancient archways where you can find all manner of shops. - Plaza Born is surrounded by manor houses that offer us magnificent views of the port from the viewpoint situated above the old city wall. - The Ciutadella town council building has a Byzantine style façade.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
