The Ramada Lake Shore offers you free parking and a complimentary scheduled shuttle for all the Chicago Shopping you may want to do! Or take our shuttle to the University of Chicago or to a Chicago family friendly attraction like Shedd Aquarium or the Chicago Field Museum or just walk across the street and enjoy Chicago's 23 mile long bicycle jogging path.

Food & Beverages

The Lake Shore Cafe is located on the property and serves an American cuisine. The hours are 6:30 am to 10:00 pm; open 7 days a week.

Upon check-in, photo ID and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in, cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs. From 01 May to 31 October, groups of 7 rooms or more must cancel 45 days before arrival date. From 01 November to 30 April, groups must cancel at least 30 days before arrival date. Late cancellations will result in the total cost of the first night's stay being charged by the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.4 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 5 years is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
