Guests staying at the River North Westin can enjoy a unique menu of fire-roasted entrees at the on-site Ember Grill. The hotel also features an award-winning sushi bar, Kamehachi, along as well as a variety of cocktails and beverages from the Hana Lounge.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 48.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.4 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
