Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 14.95 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.4 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 25.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
