Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
