Check-in and check-out: The reception is open from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact in advance as your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00. The telephone number is indicated on the confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
