Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 11 years are charged THB 200.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged THB 1500.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
