Lim Lay Restaurant Enjoy soothing sound of birds singing in the morning as you enjoy breakfast on the veranda at our beachside Lim Lay Restaurant, amidst green surroundings. In the evening enjoy a sumptuous seafood barbeque on the beach or order one of the Thai or Western dishes on our imaginative menu. The Lim Lay Restaurant offers a variety of refreshing juices and tropical cocktails while enjoying the ocean view. We offer Happy Hours specilas every evening.

Room rates on 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged seperately.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs THB 100.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged THB 500.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
