Please take note of the opening hours of the Well-Being Institute at the hotel: - Sunday and Monday: closed. - From Tuesday to Friday: between 9:30am and 12:30am and from 2pm to 7:30. - Saturday: from 9:30am to 6pm. Please note that the Well-Being Institute will be closed from the 1st to the 11th of November 2008 included.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
