All Planters Inn luxury hotel rooms are appointed in a style and opulence befitting the only Relais & Chateaux member hotel in all of Charleston, SC. Upon entering our rooms, our guests first notice the high ceilings (at least 10 feet) and spacious floor plans adorned by beautiful crown and baseboard moldings.

Each room is magnificent and expansive, with high ceilings that gracefully frame a Baker reproduction four-poster bed and upscale period-style furnishings.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 20.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of USD 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
