The harbor front and atrium lobby appointments are reminiscent of Charleston's early years as a nautical trading hub with the Caribbean colonies. They offer the perfect setting for idle reflection, the perfect glass of wine, or just the refined sport of people watching. Fine antiques and collectibles, reflecting Britain's influence throughout Charleston, are found in all areas of the hotel. Food & Beverages

Each morning, a daily signature silver service portside breakfast is delivered to your room, the rooftop terrace or served in the atrium lobby. All day snacks and flavored iced teas served in the harbour front lobby. The hotel provides complimentary afternoon wine and cheese reception in the atrium lobby. Also, freshly baked cookies and milk are served each evening in the front lobby.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 17.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night for extra beds.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
