Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
