Set in the charming village of Saint Jacques, valued throughout, the hotel offers stunning views and a great starting point for exploring trekking routes and ski slopes in the Monte Rosa area. In summer you can explore scenic routes and discover gorgeous alpine lakes, highly regarded, glaciers and unspoiled woods. The area is known as Monterosa Ski and includes Gressoney and Alagna, and above all, for a total of 180 kilometres of tracks. Visitors appreciate the hotel serves a rich breakfast buffet daily - always with home made cakes and jam. Hotel Genzianella is 3 kilometres away from the town of Champoluc, valued throughout, where you can enjoy a variety of great restaurants and lively pubs. Guest rooms are decorated in typical mountaineer style. There is also a small bar with a fireplace so you can relax after a long day enjoying the surroundings. Customers appreciate the hotel offers a partnership card allowing access and reduced fares at a series of restaurants and inns, very much appreciated, 3 sportswear stores, a massage parlour and other facilities in town. Most have balconies overlooking Hotel Genzianella’s garden or the picturesque village. During winter Hotel Genzianella may only be available for long stays of 2 or more nights.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
