Non-smoking rooms are available in all categories. There are also rooms with a connecting door (twin and single rooms).

Hotel details

With a minimum stay of 2 nights in summer, our guests will receive the Europa Gold Card. The Gold Card guarantees all hotel guests unlimited and free use of all public transport in the region (Engadine Bus, post bus, Rhaetian Railway) and free use of all cable cars in the Upper Engadine for the duration of their stay. In addition, there are shopping reductions in 60 prestigious stores and free testing of Lowa hiking shoes. The card is valid from the day after arrival to the day before depature.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant serves international cuisine and weekly seasonal highlights for guests on a half-board arrangement and à la carte. The breakfast buffet, the dessert buffet (on Fridays) and the appetizer buffet (on Sundays) are also served in the restaurant dining room. A theme buffet is offered every other week (winter only). The dress code is smart casual. The Allegra Bar offers drinks, cocktails, snacks and small dishes accompanied by piano music. The Panorama Pizzeria serves Italian and local specialities and offers a beautiful view of the Upper Engadine mountains. Room service is available for breakfast and dinner at an additional charge.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 22.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs CHF 26.00 per person.  American breakfast costs CHF 15.00 per person.  Breakfast costs CHF 26.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
