Please note that the family quadruple rooms can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers maximum. They cannot sleep 4 adults. Please note that extra beds are only available in the double rooms.

Please note that the hotel’s relaxation area (sauna, hot tub and hammam) is only open in the winter and that the swimming pool is only available during the summer.

Food & Beverages

In the hotel’s small tea room, Le Jardin du Goûter, you can enjoy afternoon treats and light meals. It is closed in the evenings.

Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 21:00.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 13 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 7 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 13 to 18 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
