Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.75 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 34.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
