There is a lift to all floors and free, secure allocated parking is directly under the building. Keys are collected from a centrally located office. The friendly staff are always available to assist you, should you require local knowledge or assistance with booking restaurants, activities or attractions.

The City Apartments office is manned between 09:00 and 18:00. If you have not received a reservation confirmation email from the apartments, please make sure you contact the office at least 48 hours before your arrival to ensure you have all the key-collection codes and full apartment address.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
