Why have a room when you can have a whole apartment. Our Theatre District apartments are extremely modern and spacious with large balconies all offering views of either the city or Campbell Park. There is wooden flooring throughout with underfloor heating. The cream kitchens with granite worksurfaces are fully fitted with dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and the washer/dryer is neatly stored away to eliminate noise. All crockery and cutlery is provided. Lounges have two leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, SKY, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone. There is a dining area and the bedroom has double bed with large walk-in wardrobe and plenty of clothes storage. The white Roca bathroom suite has bath/shower. There is a secure entry phone system and a lift to all floors. The garage is secure and underground.

The apartments are fully furnished to an executive standard with FREE sky, FREE Wi-Fi, FREE private allocated parking and a FREE weekly maid service. There is wooden flooring throughout with underfloor heating, the modern cream kitchens with granite worksurfaces have dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob and all cutlery and crockery is provided. There are two leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, direct dial telephone, hairdryer. The bedrooms are very spacious with double beds, walk-in wardrobes and ample clothes storage space. The white Roca bathroom suite has bath/shower and there are heated towel rails. A 25% deposit will be taken on confirmation of booking and the balance 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
