Best Western Hotel Aquarell has 92 air-conditioned rooms. 12 of the rooms are equipped with bathtubs with thermal water taps and 2 rooms are equipped for handicapped guests.

Food & Beverages

On the buffet table of the Aquarell Restaurant (capacity 160 people) delicious meals based on the latest principles of a healthy diet as well as traditional local cuisine can be found. On the Beverage list we offer a wide variety of organic fruit juices, sodas and quality local wines. In our ground floor coffee shop there is enough space for 40 guests to enjoy coffee, tea and cake specialities and during the warmer months of the year 30 additional guests can be seated on the terrace facing the thermal spa. In our pool bar you can choose from a wide variety of drinks, refreshments and snacks.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
