Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
