Hotel details

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Deposit: Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.  Public parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.   Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
