Each villa is fully furnished and decorated and provide high-quality comfort. Each has a kitchenette with a fridge, a convertible sofa in the living room and a terrace with garden furniture. I-bedroom villas measure 45m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. 2-bedroom villas measure 52m² and can accommodate 4-6 people. It has one double bed (140 x 190cm) and 2 single beds.

For all short-term stays, the rate of the house includes bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, 1 dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights: - The rate of the house only includes the charges. - Bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service are available at an additional cost. - A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
