A good accommodation near the East Midlands Airport. Morton House Hotel is now under a new ownership. Julie and Pete your hosts, are upgrading the facilities and especially the breakfast, which has as highlights the home made brown bread and honey from the hotel's own bees! The rooms are immaculately presented, though still with an homely feel. There are two en-suite bedrooms which are in a separate building offering a degree more of quietude. The hotel does not charge corporate prices but please note that the rooms are individual, some quirky and none are of corporate dimensions. Morton House Hotel is a non smoking establishment. We are pet friendly and will do our best to also accommodate your 4 legged friends. Sorry that we cannot accommodate cats due to a serious allergy that Julie has.

Morton House will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 0.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
