From the moment you arrive, you will realise that the hotel prides itself on providing a personalised service in a relaxing setting. It reviews its facilities regularly and has a Duty Manager who is available around the clock to help you with your needs.

Courtesy transport is available for guests booked on Park and Fly Package or other package that includes parking and transfers to the airport. Guide dogs are welcome in the hotel. Pets may be permitted with prior permission from the hotel management (fee applies). Children Child under 14 years stays free in room with parents with a second room for children discounted at 50%. Children aged 10 years and under eat and drink for free from the children’s menu. Caffè Cino:Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Kids’ menus are available. Pavilion Restaurant:Children under 10 eat free in the restaurant when accompanied by a hotel guest. Piano Bar:Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Kids’ menus are available. Room Service:Kids menus are included on the Room Service menu, prices are listed on the menu.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
