Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
