Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The mandatory service charge (per room/per night) includes: Valet parking, internet, newspaper, use of spa, and service personnel gratuities for bellman, housekeeping, and valet (does not include restaurant and spa).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11.92 % Tax is not included.  USD 33.58 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
